Ingredients
- 1 can crushed pineapple with juice
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together well. Pour into a greased and floured pan. Bake 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes.
- To make icing, mix 1/2 cup butter and 8 oz package of cream cheese, 1 1/3 cup icing sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix and frost cake while warm.
