Healthy green dosa

INGREDIENTS
wheat rava  1 cup ( wash and soak for 2 hours
whole green moong dal 2 cups- wash and soak overnight
green chilies 2-3 or as per taste
ginger 1" finely chopped
coriander leaves 2 tbsp
salt to taste
oil to cook

METHOD
in case you want to make dosa for breakfast, then soak dal overnight or you want to make for evening / dinner, then soak early morning , rava for 2 hours. ( soak in enough water, not excess)
if there is more water, drain and keep, grind dal, rava with ginger, green chilies and coriander leaves to a fine paste, remove, add salt, mix well. ( to get the dosa consistency, if too thick, add the soaked water to get the right consistency)
Heat a tawa, once hot, smear little oil, spread a ladle full of batter, spread it well, as thin as possible, then put little oil all around. Cook in medium flame
once the bottom is light brown, flip it, cook the other side adding little oil till brown.
You should eat it hot with milgai podi or coconut or tomato or onion chutney.
