INGREDIENTS
curd 1/2 cup
milk 1/2 cup
whole wheat flour 1/2 cup
maida/ all purpose flour 1/2-3/4 cup
baking pdr 1 tsp
baking soda 1/2 tsp
salt 1/4 tsp
cocoa pdr. 3 tbsp
sugar 3/4 cup or to taste
vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
METHOD
whisk together curd, milk, sugar well
add the whole wheat flour, salt, whisk well
add all purpose flour little at a time, whisk
add baking pdr., baking soda, cocoa pdr., whisk well
add more flour, to get a pouring consistency, it should be thinner than the normal cake batter if you like me prefer to bake in normal microwave in high for 5 minutes
The only fat that I used was to grease the microwave-safe dish, after 5 minutes, I let the cake rest for another minute, then I open to check if done. May be according to power, you may need another minute or two, so kindly check by inserting a knife right in the middle of the pan.
Everyone loved the cake, so before I even thought of taking the photo it got over, all said that the cake was very soft. I don't prefer my desserts to be very sweet, I prefer them to be mild, so add sugar as per your taste or you can also add sugar-free.
