Quite often, when cooking in stainless steel, the food sticks to the bottom, we find it irritating. Did you know that one of the reasons why stainless steel cookware is so
popular is that the steel has pores (a bit like your skin). If your pan
isn’t heated up properly pores opening and closing will latch onto your
food, making it stick when you try to turn it over.
Simple way to find out if the pan is hot enough to cook.
Once you heat the pan, drop 1/8 tsp of water, if it does nothing, then pan is not hot enough .
If the water bubbles and steams, it is too hot.
If there is just one bubble, that glides along the pan, it's just right.
Add your oil, then your food.
