INGREDIENTS

OATS 1 1/2 CUPS
SUGAR-FREE 2 TBSP IF NEEDED OR SUGAR TO TASTE
GHEE 2 TBSP
MILK 350 ML.
METHOD
powder oats, it was approximately 1 1/2 times the fig puree
wash and soak the figs in hot water or over-night
grind figs with the same water to a fine paste
in a heavy or non-stick pan, add the powdered oats, fig puree, milk, mix well
cook on slow flame stirring continuously
when it gets thick, add ghee 1 tbsp, mix well cook for some more time,
add rest of the ghee, keep stirring, once it leaves the sides of the pan, remove
ps- when the oats-figs, milk mixture is getting cooked, taste for sweetness, as figs are sweet, if you desire more sweet, add sugar or sugar substitute or even gur.
I used approximately 1 1/2 times oats to fig puree, you can use equal quantity too, then you may not need additional sweetness.
