INGREDIENTS
cucumber grated 200 gm ( squeeze out the water and keep it aside, you can use for salad dressing)
green chilies 2-3 finely chopped or as per taste
cottage cheese crumbled 75 gm
cheese grated 50 gm
coriander leaves finely chopped 2-3 tbsp
mint leaves finely chopped 1 tbsp
salt to taste ( add little less salt, as cheese has salt)
breadcrumbs as needed to bind and to coat the cutlets
oil for shallow frying
METHOD
in a big bowl, add the squeezed out cucumber, paneer, cheese, coriander leaves, mint, green chilies, mix well, add salt and breadcrumbs to bind
shape the cutlets as round or oval or as desired, coat in breadcrumbs, shallow fry in hot oil on medium flame, serve hot with salad and tomato or mint chutney.
