Give a healthy twist to the traditional
Caesar dressing by using fat-free yogurt instead of oil, but keeping the
rest of the characteristic ingredients for guaranteed flavor. Simply
collect the above ingredients in a bowl and stir well with a whisk.
Ingredients for Creamy Caesar Dressing:
Yogurt - 1/3 cup
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
Olive oil - 1 tbsp.
Red wine vinegar - 2 tsp.
Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp.
Anchovy paste - 1 tsp.
Dijon mustard - 1 tsp.
Garlic - 1 clove (minced)
Ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
Method of preparing the Creamy Caesar Dressing:
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Add the salad dressing to the salad right before soaking to keep the
lettuce and vegetables nice and crisp. Add one spoon at a time to avoid
overdressing the salad.
