Pumpkin-onion porial/ vege

Ingredients
pumpkin 500 gm
onion 2 big chopped
jeera  1/2 tsp
mustard seeds  1/2 tsp
hing 1/4 tsp
jeera pdr. 1 tsp
coriander pdr  2 tsp
chili pdr to taste
salt to taste
kitchen king masala  1 tsp
oil 2 tbsp

Method
In a pressure cooker, heat oil, add mustard seeds, once it crackles, add jeera , once it crackles add hing and onion, mix well, let it brown lightly by adding a pinch of salt
add pumpkin pieces, spices, about 1/2 cup water, pressure cook for a whistle, add kitchen king masala, cook for 2 minutes.
serve hot with rice/ roti.
