Foxnut-apple pudding ( apple-makhana kheer)

Ingredients
apple, peeled, grated 1 cup
jaggery pdr/ pieces  1 cup
milk 1 litre
makhana / fox-nut  1 cup 
ghee 1 tbsp
nuts  1 tbsp
cardamom pdr  1/2 tsp

Method
heat ghee, roast makhana till crisp and light brown, remove, cool and powder finely
in the same pan, add apple, keep frying for 5 minutes, add gur, cook till gur has melted and become think, remove, cool
in the same pan, add nuts, roast well, add milk, let it boil, simmer, add pdr. makhana, mix well, once it thickens, add cardamom pdr., remove, add apple-gur mixture, mix well, can be served hot/ cold, topping with some chopped nuts.
