Quick n easy dhokla

Ingredients  

 batter mixture:

1 cup- suji (rava) 

1 cup- curd 

1 tsp  green chilli paste

1 tsp  turmeric pdr.

1 tsp Eno fruit salt

salt

For seasoning:

mustard seeds

green chillies 4-5 slit

oil 1 tsp

sugar 1 tsp

water 2 tsp

For garnishing:

coriander leaves

Method 

Mix all the above ingredients and make a thick batter ( idli consistency). Grease a flat bottom plate or vessel and pour the above batter. 

 Steam it in the pressure cooker for about 7-10 minutes. 

 Take out and cut it into square cubes 

 Heat oil, add mustard seeds, once it crackles, add the green chillies, sugar and water, fry for a minute

Add the seasoning on these dhoklas and garnish it with fresh coriander.
