Methi Ladoo

Ingredients
wheat flour/ atta   3 bowls
edible dry gum  100 gm
fenugreek/ methi powder   25 gm
urad dal powder  1 bowl
ghee  2 tbsp
dry coconut grated  1 tbsp
1 1/2- 2 bowls powdered sugar / as per taste
almonds   10-15 finely chopped

Method
in a heavy pan, saute gum for  a few minutes, cool, then powder
add ghee in the pan, add atta and urad dal flour, fry in low heat stirring continuoously till light brown
add methi powder, fry well, add grated coconut, almonds, gum powder, powdered sugar, mix well
allow the mixture to cool a little.
grease your palms well, roll into round shape/ ladoos, cool well and store in an air-tight container.

these are very healthy, as urad dal flour is good for lower back to strengthen the muscles, fenugreek good for diabetes, also for joint aches, this helps to keep warm during winter.
