Ingredients
In a bowl, add milk and vinegar. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes.
Puree the dates with a little water.
Whisk in the melted butter, egg and pureed dates in the milk-vinegar mix.
In another bowl, take coffee, baking powder, wheat flour and sugar. Mix it well together.
Put dry ingredients into the wet mixture bowl and mix till it just combines.
Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Heat a non stick tawa on medium heat and
gently scoop out 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake and pour it on the
tawa.
Flip the pancakes when bubbles start appearing on the top surface.
Cook the other side for a minute or two.
Serve it warm with a generous drizzle of honey and fresh fruits.
