Heat butter on a low heat with half a teaspoon of any cooking oil. To this add, jeera powder, hing a, a little bit of Salt, Red chili flakes and Green seedless Grapes. Cover and cook on a low heat until mushy and soft. Mash well with a Potato masher.

To this add Dates puree. Mix well. Adjust Salt and simmer for about 7-8 minutes. It's perfectly okay if there are Grape pieces here and there.Take it off, squeeze some lime juice if preferred and check the seasoning.

When cooled, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and enjoy with roti, bread toast, idlis or any snack for that matter.
