INSTRUCTIONS
Wash and cook a Little Millet in kadai
with water, when it's cooked 3/4th add milk and cook completely.
Now in a mixer grind coconut, poppy seeds, few cashews into a smooth paste.
Now add this to the millet and cook for 5
minutes, add jaggery, and ghee and cook completely for almost 15 mins.
Now fry cashews and raisins in ghee and add to the kheer.
Enjoy hot or cold.
