Fresh green pea soup is a vibrantly-colored
soup that comes with a unique flavor and creamy texture that you will

easy to make and can be made in next to no time. The onions give it a
nice, spicy touch, while the potatoes and milk help to give it its
creamy texture.
Green Pea Soup (Serves 3)
Ingredients
• 1 cup of fresh green peas
• 1/4 cup of chopped onions
• 1/4 cup of chopped potatoes
• 1/4 cup of milk
• Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Add the green peas, onions, potatoes, and 1 cup of hot water to a
deep non-stick pan. Mix well, and cook on a medium flame for around 6
minutes, while stirring occasionally.
2. Allow this mixture to cool completely and then blend in a mixer until
smooth.
3. Transfer the mixture back to the non-stick pan, add the milk, salt,
pepper, and 1/2 a cup of water. Mix well and cook on a medium flame for
around 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
4. Serve hot.
