Ingredients
Fresh strawberries with stems – 250 g
Dark chocolate – 200 g
White chocolate – optional, for drizzle
Chopped nuts or sprinkles – optional
Method
Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly. Any moisture will prevent the chocolate from setting.
Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each round until smooth.
Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
Place dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined plate.
For decoration, melt white chocolate separately and drizzle it over the dark chocolate.
Sprinkle chopped nuts or sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet
Refrigerate for 10 minutes until set.
Plating Hack: Serve on a wooden or slate board with rose petals.
