INGREDIENTS
maida 2 cups
ghee 2 tbsp
salt and pepper pdr. to taste
ajwain / carom seeds 1 tsp
water to make dough
oil to fry
METHOD
in a bowl, add maida, ghee mix well, add salt, pepper pdr., ajwain, mix well, add water to make a soft dough like for roti.
Take a lemon size ball, roll in flour, roll out to thin rotis, cut into diamond shape
heat oil, deep fry till golden, drain, cool and store.
