toppings on parantha
INGREDIENTS
whole wheat flour as required
salt little for the dough
water to bind
ghee for frying
Stuffing
tomato chutney as required ( or you can use pizza topping or any other chutney that you've)
cauliflower-carrrot-peas-tomato-onion vege ( I had made this vege, as hubby normally doesn't eat cauliflower vege, thought it a good way to use it for stuffing, as it had other veges too)
cheese slices as needed or you may use any grated cheese
METHOD
make dough like we normally do for roti using little salt
make small slightly thick rotis- 2 of same size
on one roti spread tomato chutney, put veges ( you may use whatever veges you've or like), then add cheese, cover with another roti, seal well
heat a tawa, once hot, reduce heat to medium, place the stuffed pizza parantha, cook on both sides using ghee till brown, serve hot.
It needs no accompaniments, as it has got all the nutrition in it, carbs, protein, vitamins.
For my other blogs, I'm giving the links below, feel free to view and comment too.
