Preparations
Wash and soak rice in a bowl for an hour.
Boil sugarcane juice and keep aside to cool down.
Strain the sugarcane juice using a muslin cloth for any impurities.
Boil the juice again, add rice to it and cook it on medium flame, until the rice is cooked.
Add boiled milk to the rice and cook for around 15 minutes until the milk incorporates well.
Keep stirring the rice continuously to prevent it from sticking at bottom.
Add raisins and serve it chilled with / without curd.
