Creamy chipotle sauce can be made ahead and is great for meal prep. The sauce is thinner after blending and thickens in the refrigerator as it cools. Chipotle is a smoke-dried jalapeƱo chili pepper that's commonly used in Mexican and Mexican-inspired cooking. It has a deep, smoky flavor and is quite hot.

Ingredients
1 chipotle chile in adobo sauce plus 1 tsp. sauce (canned)
½ cup mayonnaise
⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup chopped cilantro
¼ tsp. ground cumin
¼ tsp. dried dill
Kosher salt, to taste
Directions
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender or a food processor and puree
until smooth. This should take about two to three minutes. The mixture
should be nice and creamy.
2. Pour the sauce into a jar or a small bowl. The sauce will keep in the
fridge for up to four weeks.
