How to make Coconut- Chocolate Muffins
Ingredients
- 25 gm coconut flour
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1tbsp stevia
- 1 tbsp Vanilla essence
- 1tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Method
- In convection mode - Preheat oven at 180 C.
- Mix ingredients in a bowl
- Grease muffin tins or use muffin paper lining and pour about 2tbsp of batter into each mould.
- Sprinkle with love the dark chocolate chips
- No one likes a Muffin with 3 sad looking chocolate chips.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
This recipe will make 6 muffins.
