Left-Over Rice Idli

INGREDIENTS
left over rice  1 cup
fine rava/ suji  1 1/2 cups
curd  1/2 cup + little more if needed to get the correct consistency
salt to taste
Eno fruit salt  1/2 tsp 

METHOD
mash the rice well, add rava, mix well, add curd, mix well along with salt
keep aside for 10 minutes to see if you have to add more curd or water to get the correct consistency.
then add Eno fruit salt, mix well, pour in greased idli plates, steam for 10 minutes
serve hot with chutney of your choice or with milagai podi.
