MASALA COTTAGE CHEESE ( PANEER) BREAD

INGREDIENTS

dry yeast  1 tsp
sugar  1 tsp
warm water little to soak yeast with sugar to prove it

all purpose flour/ maida  1 cup
butter  2 tbsp
salt little
water
add yeast mixture to make a soft pliable dough

for filling
grated paneer  1/2 cu[
amchur pdr.  1 tsp
garam masala pdr.  1/2 tsp
green chillies  1 tsp chopped or to taste
chilli pdr.  1/2 tsp or to taste
salt to taste
olives chopped  1 tbsp
sugar 1-2 tsp acc. to taste

roll dough into a big oval shape, sprinkle some rock salt, spread the filling in the centre well, sprinkle little flour, cover from sides to get a log shape
make slight slits every 1" on the dough
bake in a greased plate in a pre-heated oven at  175 deg. c/ 325 deg. F, for 15-20 minutes, till top is light brown.
