INGREDIENTS
butter 2 tbsp
oil 2 tbsp
chilli-ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp
tomatoes chopped 400 gm
kadai masala 2 tbsp
fry well to get the kadai masala paste, adding salt, kasturi methi 1 tsp, garam masala 1/4 tsp
for vegetable
oil 1 tbsp
butter 1 tbsp
cumin/ jeera 1/4 tsp
onion 3-4 tbsp
chilli-garlic-ginger paste 1 tbsp
boiled carrot, peas, beans, cauliflower, potatoes 1 big bowl
chilli pdr. 1 tsp
cumin pdr. 1/2 tsp
turmeric pdr. 1/4 tsp
garam masala pdr. 1/4 tsp
salt to taste
water as needed
gravy from above recipe 2-3 tbsp
paneer 1/2 cup
cream 2 tsp
cheese grated 2-3 tbsp
coriander leaves chopped 2-3 tbsp
kadai masala pdr 1/2 tsp
heat oil and butter, add cumin, once brown, add onion, ginger-garlic-chilli paste, fry well
add boiled vegetables, chilli pdr., cumin pdr., turmeric pdr., garam masala, fry well
add some tomato masala made above roughly 2-3 tbsp, add enough water to make as thick gravy as you want, add salt, let it boil well for 3-4 minutes, adding some chopped coriander leaves
add paneer, let it boil for another 3-4 minutes
remove to serve in a kadai, put cream, cheese, sprinkle remaining coriander leaves on top
serve hot with roti/ rice/ bread.
