Ingredients
oil 2 tsp
capsicum cut long 1/4 cup ( can be
only green, or all 3 colours mixed)
onion cut long 1/4 cup
tomatoes cut long 1/4 cup
potato pieces peeled , boiled and
cut long 1/4 cup
paneer pieces cut long 1/4 cup
chilli-ginger- garlic paste 2 tsp
garam masala 1/2 tsp
tandoori masala 1 tsp
salt to taste
coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
tomato ketchup 2 tsbp
buns 3/4 cut and lightly buttered
cabbage/ lettuce leaves few cut
onion and tomato rings few
tomato- chilli sauce/ Schezwan chutney
cheese slices 3-4
METHOD
in a pan, heat oil, add onion, fry with a pinch of salt, add the paste, fry well, add capsicum, tomato pieces, fry well, add the potato pieces, along with salt and spices, mix well, let it cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame, stirring

then add tomato ketchup, paneer slices, coriander leaves, mix well, let it
be covered for 2 minutes, remove and cool
lightly shallow fry the buttered buns till light brown
remove, apply chutney of your choice, lettuce / cabbage leaf, then place
enough of the tandoori vegetable, place onion and tomato rings, cheese slice,
some more chutney on top, cover with the other bun half, serve at once
