HEALTHY GREEN DOSAI

INGREDIENTS
chana dal soaked  1/2 cup
rice soaked  1 cup
green moong dal soaked  1/2 cup
urad dal soaked  1/2 cup

grind all these together with some water enough to make dosa batter, add salt
heat a tava, smear some oil, spread the batter thin to make dosa
once the bottom side is slightly cooked, spread some green/ garlic chutney, and stuffing made with vegetable of your choice and spices of your choice, fold into half, keep the flame low, press well, for the side to cook, turn over, cook the other side too
serve hot
ps- if you prefer, you can add some grated cheese along with the stuffing
this will make a very healthy stuffed dosa, as you get enough carbs, proteins, mineral, calcium, so makes a meal on its own.
you can use peas, carrot, cauliflower, potato, paneer, capsicum, corn for stuffing.
