HEALTHY GREEN DHOKLAS

INGREDIENTS

sprouts washed 3 times in warm water  1 cup
spinach  1 cup
green garlic    2 tsp
green chillies  2
spring onion  chopped  2 tbsp

grind all these with as minimum water as possible, add suji  2 tbsp, besan  2 tbsp, salt to taste, lime juice  2 tsp, sugar  1/2 tsp, mix well, add 1/2- 1 cup water to make batter, add fruit salt  1 tsp
grease a plate, pour batter, steam for 10-15 minutes
to serve, season it
heat  1 1/2 tbsp oil, add mustard seeds 1 tsp, jeera  1 tsp,sesame seeds/ til 2 tsp, hing, green garlic chopped  2 tsp, curry leaves few, fry all well, spread over the dhokla, then cut into desired shapes.
