BUNS STUFFED WITH SPROUTS

INGREDIENTS

for stuffing
garam masala pdr.   1 tsp
coriander pdr.  1 tsp
lime juice  1 tsp
potato 1 big boiled, peeled and mashed
onion 'finely chopped  2 tbsp
masala peanuts crushed  2 tbsp
sprouts washed thrice in warm water  1 cup
oil  3 tbsp
chilli-ginger-garlic paste  1 tsp
turmeric pdr.  1/2 tsp
chana masala pdr.  1/2 tsp
tomato puree  2 tbsp
salt to taste

small buns  as needed
butter as required

METHOD
in a pan, heat oil, add onion fry well, add chilli-ginger-garlic paste,fry for a minute, add haldi, sprouts mix well, let it cook on low flame for about 3 minutes, add tomato puree, other dry masalas, mashed potato,  mix well, add  salt, mix well, let it cook for 2-3 minutes, remove, add lime juice, and finely chopped coriander leaves, mix well
cut buns into half but not till the end, apply little butter, fry them, stuff them with the prepared stuffing, you can put green chutney/ sweet chutney in between and stuff, as per your choice.
once stuffed, serve at once.
Or, till then, you can prepare the stuffing, cut buns, just before serving, fry the buns, apply chutney, put stuffing, serve.
