Oats Pakoda

Ingredients:
Cooking Oats 1/2 Cup
Besan flour / gram flour 1/2 Cup
Rice Flour 1/4 Cup
chilli powder 1 tsp
Hing a pinch
Cumin Seeds/ jeera 1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds/ saunf 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Curry leaves few
Salt To Taste
onion finely chopped  1
Chopped Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp
Oil For frying

Method:
Soak the oats in 1/2 a cup of water for 5 minutes.
 in a bowl, add the flours ,red chilli powder, salt, hing, cumin and saunf and mix well.
Add the soaked oats and give a good mix.
Finally add onion, curry leaves and chopped coriander leaves and mix it and the batter is ready.
Heat oil in a pan,  take little batter in your hand and just drop it gently in the oil.
We  can just drop the batter here and there and keep the flame in medium and fry the pakodas. Gently stir and turn the pakodas to fry them evenly in all sides.
When they turn golden brown  color and becomes crispy, drain well in a colander and place it in paper towel to drain the excess oil. Repeat this step for the remaining batter.
The crispy, crunchy and yummy oats pakoda is now ready to serve with chutney/ ketchup.
