KADHI WITH SPROUT BHAJIA

INGREDIENTS

for bhajia

sprouts can me mixed   1 cup
water little
besan  3-4 tbsp
salt to taste
chilli pdr.  1 tsp
ginger-garlic paste  1 tbsp
turmeric dr  1/2 tsp
hing 1/4 tsp
cooking soda  a linch
finely chopped coriander leaves  1 tbsp
methi leaves/ spinach finely chopped  2 tbsp
oil for frying bhajias

for kadhi

curd  3/4 cup
besan  1 1/2  tbsp
mix both well with about 1- 1 1/4 cup water
ghee 1  tbsp
mustard seeds  1/2 tsp
jeera/cumin  1 tsp
dry red chillies  2
hing 1/4 tsp
methi seeds  1/4 tsp
curry leaves finely chopped  1 tsp
turmeric pdr.  1/4 tsp
sugar  1 tsp
sprouts  1 tbsp

METHOD

for bhajias, grind the sprouts with as less water as possible, add rest of the ingredients, fry in hot oil the bhajias, set aside

for kadhi
in a pan, heat ghee, add mustard seeds, once they crackle, add jeera, red chillies, hing, methi seeds, curry leaves, fry well, add to prepared batter, mix well, add turmeric pdr, sugar, salt, sprouts, cook well till it boils, add bhajias serve hot with rice.


ps- whenever you use sprouts, kindly wash it 2-3 times in warm water, as it may have some bacteria while sprouting, so to remove the harmful bacterias, always wash well in warm water, then use, for your own good health.
