Ingredients for puffs:
All-Purpose flour/ maida - 2 cups
Baking pdr - 2 tsp.
Salt and Pepper - as needed
Garlic powder - 1 tsp. (divided)
Unsalted butter - 1/2 cup (cold and cubed)
Cheddar cheese - 1 cup
Milk - 3/4 cup (cold)
Butter - 3 tbsp. (melted)
Method of preparing the puffs:
Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet.
Combine the flour, baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp garlic
powder.
Mash the butter in with a fork.
Add the milk and cheddar.
Make balls and scatter them on the baking
sheet.
Mix the melted butter with the remaining 1/2 tsp garlic powder,
and brush on the balls.
Bake for 10-15 minutes. You can brush with more of the butter mixture before serving.
