INGREDIENTS
drumstick leaves 1 cup
curry leaves handful
chana dal 2 tbsp
urad dal 2 tbsp
peanuts 2 tbsp
red chilies 6 or to taste
salt to taste

METHOD
roast dals, peanuts, red chilies till brown
in the same pan, roast the washed and dried leaves till nice dry and crisp
once the dals are cool , powder coarsely, add the cooled leaves, powder with salt to taste, it should be coarse powder. It goes well with hot rice with ghee, dosai, idli, adai, also can sprinkle on toasted bread and butter.
This is a very healthy powder, as it is full of nutrients, calcium, protein, vitamins.
