Rose coconut barfi- no cook !

 INGREDIENTS

desiccated coconut 1 1/2 cup

milk 4 tbsp

cardamom pdr 1/2 tsp

milk pdr 1/2 cup

rose syrup 1/4 cup

ghee 1 tbsp 

METHOD

In a bowl mix together desiccated coconut and milk powder well.

add rose syrup little at a time and mix well after each addition.

pour milk and mix well to combine everything.

the pink mixture may be sticky, bit crumbly, but don't worry.

spread this mixture evenly on a tray, press it down

make sure that it has the thickness of a bar.

keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes to set

once set, cut into desired shape, serve with some roasted nuts on top for garnish.
