Peanut butter-oat energy ball

Soak ¾ cup chopped Medjool dates in hot water for 5-10 minutes. Drain. Combine dates  ½ cup rolled oats and ½ cup natural peanut butter and finely  blend in a food processor. Roll into 12 balls. 

It is a healthy snack, as you get protein from peanut butter, fiber from oats, iron and vitamins from dates along with fiber and natural sugar, all it has  73 calories !
