INGREDIENTS
kiwi 1 cup
mixed dry fruits chopped 1/2 cup
honey 4 tbsp
roasted peanuts 2 handfuls
granola 1 1/2 cup
low-fat cream 1 1/2 cup
vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
METHOD
wash, peel and chop the kiwis , keep them aside.
whisk together low-fat cream, essence an dhoney till foamy, set aside
take a chilled glass, place a layer of granola , top with nuts and dried fruits, then add a scoop of cram mixture along with kiwis.
repeat the process, last garnish with kiwi and sprinkle some honey, refrigerate and enjoy.
if you want it more creamy, you can also add cream cheese.
