This quick and easy shake contains large
quantities of fiber, vitamins B, C & E, as well as beta-carotene,
iron, calcium, amino acids and omega 3. All the ingredients are
available in your local health food store, and possibly in your local
super-market.
Ingredients (single serving):
1 cup skim milk/milk alternative
1 banana
2 tbsp. desiccated coconut
1 – 2 tbsp. honey
1 heaping tbsp. Goji berries
Blend all the ingredients until you get a consistent texture, then pour
into a tall glass and sprinkle some desiccated coconut and Goji for
decoration. ENJOY!
