Ingredients:
3 tablespoons chickpea flour / besan
100 grams chopped tofu/ paneer
4
chopped coriander leaves
handful of mushrooms ( optional)
handful of pumpkin seeds,
½ chopped onion,
4 Brazil nuts or any other nuts
3 tablespoons of raw tahini,
1 cup of
water,
salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation: Combine all the ingredients (except the coriander leaves, onion,
and mushrooms) until the mixture is nice and smooth. Quickly fry the
onion and mushrooms, then add the mixture and fry over a high flame for
about three minutes.
