At times, one gets bored of eating the same stuff. Also when little batter is left over, one wonders what to do with it. One can always make hot pakoras, which I'm sure is everyone's favourite.
INGREDIENTS
adai mavu
rice flour as needed
onion finely chopped 1 big
curry leaves finely chopped 2 tsp
cashew nuts / peanuts chopped 2-3 tbsp
salt to taste ( be careful as adai mavu will have salt)
coriander leaves finely chopped 1 tbsp
oil for frying
METHOD
depending on the left over adai mavu, add onion and other ingredients, mix well, then add rice flour to get the correct consistency of pakora batter, as it should be on the thicker side. Then add salt accordingly, mix well.
Heat oil on medium flame, before you start mixing, as then it will be hot for you to start making pakoras as you finish mixing.
Serve hot , it tastes good plain, or with chutney or ketchup.
