Microwave less fat and healthy badam-besan barfi

Ingredients
besan  1 1/2 cups
sugar  3 cups or less
ghee  2 tbsp
almond butter  1 cup
water  1/2 cup

Method
in a non-stick pan, melt ghee and fry besan well,stirring continuously till a nice aroma comes
remove from fire, transfer to a microwaveable safe dish
add sugar, almond butter, water, mix well
keep on micro high for 10 minutes, stirring in between every 2 minutes
at last you'll see nice bubbles coming up
at this stage, pour it into a nicely greased plate, it may look thin
after 5 minutes, cut into desired shapes, before it hardens
once it hardens and has cooled, take it out and store in an air-tight container

Actually, both daughter and self found it to be a bit too sweet, so those who don't have such sweet tooth, can reduce the amount of sugar to about 2 1/2 cups
