An anti-inflammatory ginger peach smoothie

Here is a recipe for an anti-inflammatory ginger peach smoothie, which is extremely simple to prepare:

Ingredients-

    4 ripe peaches
    2 cups of ripe pineapple
    1 large piece of ginger
    1 cup coconut water or chunks of fresh coconuts

Add all the ingredients into a blender and pulse blend for about 15-30 seconds. To your health!
