small 5 idlis crumbled, 2 medium size onions chopped
crumbled idlis + onion+ chilies 2+ ajwain 1 tsp + besan roughly 1/2 cup + salt
ready to eat, crispy pakoras
INGREDIENTS
idlis small 5
onion 2 medium size finely chopped
green chilies 2 or to taste finely chopped
besan / gram flour roughly 1/2 cup
salt to taste
little water if needed
oil for frying
METHOD
crumble the idlis, but don't over mash it
add chopped onion, chilies, ajwain, salt, besan and mix well
if you find it too dry, sprinkle little water
heat oil, once hot, make small pakoras, fry till brown and crisp
drain well and serve hot. It tasted good without any chutney.
Hubby also said that it tasted good.
