Makhana Rasmalai Pudding- no-cook

  Ingredients:

 1 Cup Makhana (Fox Nuts) roasted till crisp if it is not crisp

10-12 Pistachios

1 Cup Curd

1 Tbsp Kesar Water (Saffron Water)

1/2 Tbsp Jaggery Powder

 

Instructions:

  • Step 1: Add Makhana, Pistachios, Jaggery Powder, Yogurt And Kesar Water in a mixer or blender.
  • Step 2: Blend all the ingredients until they become thick, creamy and turn light brown in colour.
  • Step 3: Mix thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are perfectly combined.
  • Step 4: Allow the mixture to cool down.

Once cooled, serve the delicious Makhana Rasmalai Pudding, with additional Pista and a few drops of Kesar Water for added flavour.
