Ingredients:
- Jackfruit seeds: 3 cups
- Onion: 1
- Butter: 2 tbsp.
- Chili powder: 1 tsp.
- Chat masala: 1 tsp.
- Schezwan sauce: 1tsp.
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Pressure cook the jackfruit seeds for 2 whistles. Cool it and peel the skin off.
- Slice the seeds into 3-4 pieces depending on the seed size.
- Heat butter in a pan and sauté thinly sliced onion and sliced jackfruit seeds till they are golden brown.
- Add chili powder, chat masala and Schezwan sauce and toss well.
- Season with salt and serve hot.
