INGREDIENTS
maida/ all purpose flour 3/4 cup
rice flour 1 cup
rava 1/4 cup
salt to taste
onion chopped fine 1 big (optional)
green chilies finely chopped to taste
curry leaves 2 sprigs finely chopped
fresh coconut grated 1/2 cup ( optional)
METHOD
mix all the ingredients well adding just enough water, thicker than for making pakoras, thicker than idli batter also, as you should be able to wet your hand, take some batter, drop it hot oil gently. It should be roughly like rounds.
This should eaten hot, drain in kitchen towels well. Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
