Cheddar and Chive Gluten-Free Biscuits

 India Tv - Cheddar and Chive Gluten-Free Biscuits  

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups gluten-free baking mix
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the baking mix, baking soda, salt, and garlic powder.
  3. Cut in the butter until the mixture is crumbly.
  4. Stir in the cheese and chives.
  5. Add the buttermilk and mix until just combined.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown and fragrant.
