Walnut halwa

 Ingredients and Method

Walnut  150 gm coarsely powder

Ghee ¼ cup

Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a kadai, add crushed walnuts, keep stirring on medium flame for 3-4 minutes add

Milk pdr  ¼ cup , cook for 2 minutes stirring well  add

Full fat milk 2 1/2 cups, let it boil, stir on & off, once it thicken add

Sugar ½ cup or to taste,

Cardamom pdr ½ tsp, mix well, let it cook, keep stirring

As it thickens, it will leave the sides pf the pan, remove and serve.
