METHOD
Soak the chickpea overnight.
In a mixer, add the soaked chickpeas,
mint, coriander leaves, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin powder, red chili
powder, bread crumbs, salt and sugar, blend together.
Chill the mix for 10 mins then roll it into flat balls.
Fry them in deep oil until golden brown.
In a bowl, add the curd, salt and sugar. Mix it well.
Open the bun, place the curd mixture, Falafel and add the thinly sliced onions with crumbled feta cheese and
ground pepper.
