Pizza Parantha

 toppings on parantha
INGREDIENTS
whole wheat flour  as required
salt little for the dough
water to bind
ghee for frying

Stuffing
tomato chutney as required ( or you can use pizza topping or any other chutney that you've)
cauliflower-carrrot-peas-tomato-onion vege ( I had made this vege, as hubby normally doesn't eat cauliflower vege, thought it a good way to use it for stuffing, as it had other veges too)
cheese slices as needed or you may use any grated cheese

METHOD
make dough like we normally do for roti using little salt
make small slightly thick rotis- 2 of same size
on one roti spread tomato chutney, put veges ( you may use whatever veges you've or like), then add cheese, cover with another roti, seal well
heat a tawa, once hot, reduce heat to medium, place the stuffed pizza parantha, cook on both sides using ghee till brown, serve hot.
It needs no accompaniments, as it has got all the nutrition in it, carbs, protein, vitamins.

Sweet Sesame stuffed parantha

the stuffing sesame seeds- both white and black  with powdered gur
INGREDIENTS
whole wheat flour 1 cup
salt little
water as needed to make dough
ghee for frying

For stuffing
sesame seeds( white and til) roasted and powdered 1 tbsp
gur powdered 1 tbsp or more as desired

METHOD
make dough like we do normally for roti with little salt
mix well sesame seeds powdered with powdered til or you can powder roasted til with gur
take some dough, shape like cup, stuff enough filling, cover well, roll out as thin as possible
heat a tawa, put the stuffed parantha on a hot tawa, cook with ghee on both sides till brown spots.
It tastes good hot or cold. I made this evening.

Health Tips
it is good to use more black til as it contains 400 % more calcium than white til. Gur contains iron. If you need more protein, you may add some roasted peanuts or roasted gram powder it all together and proceed as above.
