INGREDIENTS AND METHOD
Oil 3 tsp
Chana dal 1 tbsp
Urad dal 1 tbsp
Jeera ½ tsp
Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Dry red chilies 4
Saute on
low flame till dals turn golden add
garlic 2 chopped
ginger 1" chopped
radish 1 cup chopped
turmeric pdr ¼ tsp
saute on low flame for a few minutes
add water 2 tbsp. mix well
cover n simmer for 5 minutes
don’t over cook, cool completely
grind along with tamarind, salt. blend coarse
seasoning

mustard seeds ½ tsp
hing little
curry leaves few
