Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, and almond milk.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Flatten each biscuit slightly with the back of a spoon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the biscuits are golden brown.
